Went to see this for my birthday with my wife and son. This is the best musical I have seen to date. Being a fan of Pete Townshend helps of course but the sheer quality of the cast and the band was outstanding. I think it is touring round the country and will be back in Scotland this August (Aberdeen here I come). My wife commented that the show went in a flash - constantly engaging you and carrying you along - standing ovation for the cast and a mighty chorus of 'we are the mods' - I was 16 again getting attacked by bikers on a Bank holiday in Ayr scared and exhilarated full of the immortality that teenagers feel and that we lose as we get older. Music defines us keeps us grounds us - what a show.
