Not listened to Jimi much lately and just watching BBC 4 programme now and it"s exhilirating to be reminded of justhow phenomenal he was - fuckin immense thumb like- I can reach about two frets on a good day when the arthritis is quiet but he reaches haf a neck. Magic

you're telling me - he had hands like bears claws! i only have the full dvd of the Isle of Wight show a year later but may have to get the full woodstock one as his playing seemed all that more intense.
