After quite a traumatic pregnancy, an early induction, and a frightening birth, my daughter has had a baby girl 7lbs 2oz, a good weight considering she was induced at 37 weeks. It's been quite a struggle getting here, but mum, baby and dad are doing very well now, if exhausted. She is a week old today, and they left hospital last night. I couldn't be prouder of them, I feel like I've been through the wringer, so I don't know how they have coped so well.

A special thanks to Mr Hawley, who I listened to, (whilst hiding anywhere I could find) via my 'it will be OK, cry now, then stop it, and do your mum job' play list. I've played about 10 times a week during the last 7 months. Thank you.

Thank you very much. It's lovely to wake up, without the constant worry, and be able to smile for the rest of the day, even though I probably look like the Cheshire cat.

Wow! Congratulations Lynne! What lovely news! Having grandchildren the the best thing ever - its certainly enriched my life and I cannot imagine what it would be like without them. If you're ever feeling a bit low you can rely on them to bring a smile to your face and brighten up the bleakest day.
Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy!
