Not you Lenny - please not you.
But it's true
what a way to start the day
the man whose music and words
changed my life
has gone away
forever.

In body if not in spirit
and your nylon-string and bass voice
will resonate through this house
all day and night
come to think of it
as they have done since day one
when you changed my life
forever.

Rest in peace - a wonderful man
in a less-than-wonderful world.

Just heard the sad news, I met him in Barcelona, lovely man,very funny and a total gent he will be missed there were very few who rose so high with such beauty in words and music

Just read this in the news - rest in peace Leonard Cohen. Very sad news.
So Long Marianne will always be one of my favourites.
