In the head to head you play 'matches' against someone else in the league every round. If you score more points than them you 'win'. Rather than on total points for your team, the table is decided on wins/draws/losses from each round.

Thanks for the explanation! ..>

I've got nine points, which are nine more than I expected. But I'll lose four, because I've made two transfers, one to get the gist of it, and the other to have both Lennon and McCartney in my team. Are there any Harrisons, Starrs or Hawleys currently playing in the Premier League?

No, thankfully there is no alopecia history in my family, did you mean that?

Well, I don't think I'm going to end first anyway, and since I like excellence, why not try to excel where I can, say, at the other end of the placings? Mine is an ambitious project!

My specialist area is selecting Captains that score 1 - and having subs that are not eligible for scores making about 10 a piece...

I don't know what my speciality is. I've settled into a comfy mediocrity by aimlessly changing my team each week and selling players for less money that I'll need to repurchase them a couple of weeks later.

At present I'm 11 out of 14, in spite of having been told that Lennon and McCartney were sure winners. I cannot understand what's going wrong. And I don't know yet whether McCartney plays for or against me. But I'll keep my word and stick to them.

12 out of 14. I've kept my word, as I said, so I suppose I needed Harrison and Starkey too, to make it a fab team. Next season will be better. I've already spotted Chico, so all I need now are Groucho and Harpo. It will be shuddering time for you!

Congratulations to the winners! :Hoorah ..>
