Words are not enough,genius football god....I LOVED watching Johan play as a boy,the greatest of the great,the day he kicked a ball football changed forever and for the better,rest in peace Mr Cruyff you deserve the worlds respect |

Rust in vrede, Johan! I didn't want the Dutch to win the world championship in 1974, but to be honest: they would have deserved it! They were truely awe-inspiring. Voetball totaal. And in the centre of it this man, a composer and conductor at the same time. A true artist, also as a manager at Barça, never to be forgotten. |

1974 was the first World Cup I watched and Cruyff, along with the whole Dutch side, was brilliant and lit up the tournament. A shame he didn"t play in 1978. A wondrous footballer and manager, a sad loss. RIP |
