Really, really enjoyed the gig, Richard and all the lads - THANK YOU!!! Very memorable.

One of the best bits was meeting up with other forum folkies! :D

Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself Rita. :D Last minute decision to go?

Have to agree with you on the pleasure of meeting other forum-haunters, have found so many to be friendly and great company ... there is something about a Hawley gig that oozes inclusivity and warmth. I've found myself chatting to the security blokes at Edinburgh and Garforth; venue manager at Perth and a couple of band members from Anna Luna; RNLI collectors at York; Pete Molinari's mates and then Pete himself at Derby (and he was sweet enough to stop and talk to me at his gig at 101 club later that month) ... and dozens of Hawleyites at the bar and in the gig-crowd. Love the whole atmosphere, sense of general well-being and giddiness a Hawley gig engenders. :D :D .... ... I blame it on the mirror-ball.

Great gig in Galway-strange venue, but a great gig. I was too shattered after Letterkenny to go mingling- I could see Richard and the lads from my table but...ahh I'm getting old

I was looking around for familiar faces but realised..I don't know what any of you look like!! We should have some sort of badge or something :)

Home anyway after a very very hungover trip back up to Dublin you know things are bad when you can't stomach a curer. Met some forum heads for the first time which was nice and some other top people and too. Cracking couple of nights, looking forward to next time.

I took a few pics of the gig but they turned out not so special so I didnt bother uploading them, the best out of the lot was the setlist ! .

Didnt bump into any of the above don't know what any of em look like could have been standing beside them for all I know. But I was introduced to Brenda & her friend who I think also posts here upstairs afterwards :*:
