I've got the e-mail addresses for mj and david rowntree and will copy Graham with what I write. It's more the lack of acknowledgement from the company that is getting to me, they have my e-mail address but have not bothered to respond. The company have no idea of customer relations. But then of course they have my money so what do they care.

I pm'd Graham after his post and he said Thursday and it arrived (ta Graham) maybe you should go to the offices and kick devils arse? I know its frustrating not getting any feedback off a company, that was my beef.

Well their offices are in Hammersmith so I could always turn up there on Monday and demand my CD from them.

Edit

A very rapid response from MJ who offered to bike a copy to me tonight. I have declined that as it would be ridiculously expensive and they will send my copy special delivery to arrive at my work address on Tuesday.

I might well crack open a small bottle of champagne in celebration when it arrives.

The problem lies with Live Here Now, not with Mute or DA Recordings.

I shall continue doing what I've been up to most of this week, mailing people about another album and sorting out his bloody PR company who have sent something out without bothering to consult!!!! :x

Given all the problems you guys have been having with CD delivery I decided to go for the digital downloads instead. I have to say the whole performance was exquisite, with "Run For Me" being the real stand out track.

I wish I could have been there in person, but this is pretty darn close.

Well done Richard and the band, and to everyone involved with the gig.

I finally received my copy yesterday but was surprised to find that on the shrink wrap was a little label which says “Promotional copy not for resale” OK I only want to play it not sell it but I did pay real money for it.
