I'll have a bit of that, excellent, thanks! :D :D

THANK YOU! Thanks so much for the downloads, looking forward to an evening of listening. So jealous of those lucky people going to Sheffield tonight, and at Liverpool last night. Wish I was there. But these make up for it - you are a star! :D

This might be a bit of a retarded question, but does anyone know how you play flac's? Neither itunes nor media player recognises them. Thanks 8)

I don't know, but if you follow the instructions to convert to WAV you can play those.

If you download JetAudio as your music player, it plays FLAC, otherwise as said just convert to Wav... Trader's Little Helper is the easiest for that

I haven't seen a single review for this concert - online or in print. How poor is that for a city the size of Liverpool, especially with its musical heritage?

There will have been a lot of Hawley fans, new and old, looking out for something in the Liverpool Echo. I didn't see anything and there is nothing online.

Mr H did an interview with the Liverpool Daily Post as part of the advance publicity and there was something from the nearby-ish Whitchurch Herald, Chester Chronicle and Flintshire Chronicle (like the LDP all part of the Trinity Mirror stable) to help promote the show, but there appears to be nothing about the night itself.

And local newspapers have the cheek to bleat about dwindling sales....

I'm not sure if I saw Shez had to swap the lap steel he was playing when a string broke. I was the far side of the hall so couldn't see well. He seemed to pick up another lap steel and do a magnificent solo, just in the nick of time. Did anyone see that?
