2 days to go, will be in the usual pre olympia haunt The oak, if anyone is about for a pre gig drink.

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

Me too 'though my album isn't going to arrive before the gig

I wonder if it would be possible at this late stage to organise one of those screens that shows the lyrics with a bouncing ball so I know what's going on?

good idea, there could be a lad come up from the Orchestra pit playing the organ warming everyone up with the words bouncing accross the screen.

:*: you know it ! luckily for everyone the support act is The Lost Brothers. So my organ will remain out of sight, during the show anyway. Unless there is a special request.

Have spent the last couple of hours taking out my ticket for Thursday in the Olympia and checking the day-keep fearing I'm dreaming and I'll wake up and have no ticket. Missed Vicar Street in February 2008 because of a funeral and have been looking forward to tonight since I got my ticket in July. Give me and Wendy a wave in Row G ( I can dream can't I ? ).
