Sympathy to Blue Moon for missing Richmond Fontaine as they played a good set. Although I was in the front row I couldn't see the drummer because the bass player was rooted to a spot in front of him!
Other highlights were Okkervil River, Vetiver, Travelling Band, Herman Dune, Loney Dear, Soy Un Caballo. It is always a great festival and I enjoy the Scandinavian influence.
Of course, another highlight was seeing Richard & Jarvis on stage at the Big Top. Unfortunately I missed the start and was stuck near the back but I enjoyed listening to some great music from various eras. I'm not sure who played which tracks but it was great to hear the Stones '2000 light years from home' for the first time in a very long time. Other tracks I especially enjoyed were: 'Crosstown traffic', 'Tainted Love', 'Ring of Fire', 'Totally Wired?', 'Love me two times', 'Teenage boogie?', 'Something Else'.
