Hi everybody, I'm new here, but come and read regularly :)

One more week to go until finally seeing him live. I've only known Richard Hawley's music since February 2009 but it has definitely changed my life and I couldn't imagine a musical world without him.

Welcome to the forum! :D  If you haven't seen Richard and the lads "live" yet you're in for a treat - but if you have, you're still in for a treat :D

Thanks Josephine and Baroness.

No, I've never seen him live and sometimes wonder if a guy with such a voice really exists :D

Seeing Mr Hawley live is absolutely Heavenly - you are in for a right treat! I have seen him many times now and never been disappointed yet - in fact he just keeps getting better!

Welcome to Hawley Heaven.

I went to sleep around 3 am and I couldn't stop smiling...

The gig was absolutely fantastic, sorry, but I can't find any word to describe it. I didn't even take care of how long the band played but to me it seemed like 5 minutes and I was totally blown away from the very first to the last note.

Thanks Richard for giving us the chance to experience such a beautiful music.

I also loved that all the tracks from "True love's gutter" were played (correct me if I'm wrong  )

I've spent the last 7 months at spinning that record very regularly and this gig won't change my good habit at all :D

Take care

Now that is FABULOUS! :D I like the waistcoat/shirt look - must be much cooler than a jacket on stage.

Hmmm - I'm looking for a change of career - wonder if Richard needs his own Charlie Hodge to mop his brow when he gets hot ........... :*:
