Will apply for tickets but it is the day after the general election so there might not be too much to laugh about. Either that or I might be drunk.

Righteous words there, sister. Tried to apply today and they said the books weren't open yet. Maybe I missed it. Anyway, if I make it, large amounts of gin are in order – will find out a nice pub near there from me sources and we could meet for a swift one. x

I understand the BBC don't leave the ticket offers open for long, then they make you wait almost till the last minute to let you know if you have a ticket.

Tickets have all gone so I will be spending my post election day somewhere else. Anyway, you lot have a good time. My boy's tips for drinking holes are basically, go somewhere else. It's full of drunk tourists and city boys on a Friday. But the Yorkshire Grey in Langham Street and the Dover Castle in Weymouth Mews are really nice little pubs. Either that or you can come to the East End and have a real night out, involving much gin and bagels in Brick Lane. Have a good one!

We won't hear till much nearer the day - don't assume just because the applications have closed that the allocation has gone out. A friend of mine wins tickets regularly for this type of show and advises patience to those who have applied.
