They have not yet said which day Richard is appearing.

I promised my OH that we would go somewhere hot and sunny for our 25th wedding anniversary (19th Oct) . Now hoping for an 'Indian' summer in Brid

Nice one. I've ordered my tickets. This will be the first one I've manage to get to in a long time, been pulling my belt in and trying to get my debt sorted out for the last four years! End of last year was particularly hard and I was so tempted to think sod it, got quite despondent, really wanted to go to York.

However, it was worth it, I did it, I am now debt free (you have no idea how god it feels to be able to say that!) and I have factored into my budget 'gig money', squirreling a bit away every month in my savings so i can do something for me every now and again.

Taking my fella who has not seen Mr Hawley live yet so that will be a treat for him. We're making a weekend of it, he's not from oop North, gonna show him all favourite stamping grounds and hostelries on the east coast.

I lost in the battle between Brid and a hot and sunny holiday

I did point out that we had our very first holiday together in Brid and therefore it would be the perfect place for our 25th wedding anniversary but I don't think I ever stood a chance :!:

We'll have seen RH live half a dozen times in the last year after Buxton in September so I suppose I'll have to make do with Cyprus instead

Could be worse - could have been posted in January

Enjoy your time off road Richard - tho' I reckon that plenty of graft will be going on that we will not be privvy to.

Will probably go to Castleton or drop in of Sheffiled for a weekend in late Nov / early Dec - as we've become used to it :D

Have to check out what's on round about then.

Hi Guys, i'm new to the Forum and can't wait for Bridlington next Friday. Is there a hotel of choice being frequented by RH fans in the same way as the nutty hotel in Buxton was? It's taken me many months and many knockbacks before I was eventually allowed into the RH Forum fold - many thanks dawoodcock for all your assistance.
Apparently many 'spammers' are making the admin guys' lives a misery.
What type of playlist do you think Richard will go with at Brid?
