Sadly not Alex  We make these decisions in advance and then sulk and regret when the day comes and we're missing out....

I'll second that, what an excellent night. Loved the set. Tonight The Streets featuring the saw, if I remember correctly, brilliant. Venue is great. Once again by pure chance got the best view. :thumleft:
First time I've been to Milton Keynes. All those roundabouts and no swings .....

top night thank you, despite Milton keynes being one of the most horrible places i have been to outside of several hell holes in eastern europe i had a great time, driving round it was like our own private episode of the prisoner if it was made by blind Stalinist architects on bad acid..........nice people though we were treated so well by the venue staff it was unreal, the funniest was our dressing room getting invaded by two women who had taken a wrong turn........several years earlier by the sounds of it.......i had to leave as i was laughing so much they ate some of our chicken but were so pissed apparently it was smeared all over their faces :*: oh...and we played some music and the lovely people seemed to like it,it was great to play some of the older stuff and hear it go down so well, thanks again much appreciated

I looked for you but couldn't see anyone I thought looked like your picture. Sorry! I was sitting to the left handside of the stage next to the lady who said she wished she was the manikin in the Serious video.

What fantastic night. The Stables is always a good venue but the atmosphere was brilliant and Richard and the band were fabulous.

What a performance when he has been so poorly, a true professional. Dean on the drums was clearly having a ball.

Thanks Richard and the lads for the best birthday treat I have had for a long time.

The two girls in the dressing room sat behind us and started to become a pain in the arse, after 45 minutes the blond one fell asleep!! Still I'm sure they enjoyed themselves.

Great night, been to The Stables a few times but not seen a better reception for anybody as good as Richard and the lads received.
We thought the set list was fantastic and was so good to hear some older songs, Oh My Love just blows you away.

Good to see palf and lofty, top lads.

The staff there are good and all voulantry. The tents outside are for underprivilaged kids to go and stay there in the Summer and then they have various musicians who come along and teach them how to play whatever they may be interested in.

Excellent night Richard hope you feel well today, your voice was tops. Thanks.

Set List(I think)
As The Dawn Breaks
Lady Solitude
Hotel Room
Soldier On
Streets
Serious
Open Up Your Door
Just Like The Rain
Oh My Love (loud!)
Remorse Code
Run For Me
Don't You Cry
.................
I'm Looking For Someone To Find Me

Thanks again everyone,loved it. :D

I saw one of them in the toilets, she couldn't turn the tap on but managed to wipe some of the chicken off her face. How she tottered out of the toilet in those shoes amazed me!

Being shitfaced and smearing yourself with food is a better alternative than driving round and round in circles and eventually topping yourself. x
