No, I was there. Thought I saw efsb but he wasn't wearing a washboard so couldn't be sure and there

My mum always told me not to go up to men in grey macs and ask them about little dickies.

But this is quite funny. Why didn't you talk to each other? Such blokes... X

We did to a degree - pre gig there was about eight of us huddled in a circle in the theatre bar.

Next time deffo say 'hello - I am 'egg' - I remember a few years ago going up to Jan / Denise and Noblebones at a gig in Liverpool saying 'hello - I am 'poppy dog' [wishing my username was something much more sensible] - and within a few minutes we were sat around a table chatting about Richard and other stuff.

Nobody I have met 'bites' - no 'nob ends' full of their own self importance - just really neat folks who are into our lad Richard and can neck a few drinks ..>

Indeed, I had a similar experience, sidling up to a lady at Holmfirth & asking ''Are you Mrs. Longpigsdad?'' Thankfully she was

eeeekk!! Not name tags. S'okay for those folks who put some thought into their username .... but for others who dove in without thinking .......

How about pictures of our avatars (that would mean I'd need to get one tho)

I seem to remember a thread on here in the distant past where forum members introduced themselves with photos

I've managed to change my avatar to perhaps the only decent pic of me taken of me in the last year - for pub / gig buffs the pic was taken in The Bricklayers Arms Putney prior to seeing the rocktastic Verden Allen and Softground at The Half Moon - being in London I dressed up for the day - my normal attire being Cheap Black Hoody wit matching Cords Yep Roc T and Oxblood DM's

I hardley recognise you from that pic! Very dapper. There is a thread somewhere with peoples pics on. We should start another (then I would need to work out how to post them....)
