A little bird told me that Mr Hawley did a solo performance at Sheffield Wednesday Player of the Year awards last night. Not sure if it's true.............

:*: yes - but a rather sozzled little owl so I was rather dubious. Seems he was not so drunk that he couldn't make out who was on stage. Would have loved to have been there.

Hi Richard,

Congratulations on your team getting promoted!

I was one of the 400 or so hardy souls from Wycombe who went to the game on Saturday and I have to say what a fantastic atmosphere there was at Hillsborough. We met some great people in the New Barrack pub on Pennistone Road and I can't think of a football Club that I have been to where the home fans were more friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about football. We are going to go back next year for at least one home game to support our new second team, the Owls!

But this is a music forum so it would be remiss of me not to offer congratulations on the new Album which is absolutely brilliant.

Every time I listen to it I get a favourite new track.

What with Wednesday and the response to the new Album I think you have had a good weekend!

Look forward to the Show at the Forum on June 8th.
