Wonderful gig last night in Bath - it seemed to go by in an instant. It was good to meet Mike and to be able to let him have my spare ticket. In fact, even though I went on my own, I met some really great people. By the way, thanks for the offer of a drink Mr H - I was the warm looking woman at the front! To top it off, on the way home I watched the meteor shower over the Severn Bridge. A perfect end to a perfect evening!

I also saw the meteor shower going home over the bridge - thought it was the lights from a train at first but then realised there's no hills in Chepstow!

Great gig, although the bass was really overpowering at times. Perhaps it was where I was standing.

Richard sounded a bit forlorn with his 'so many bald heads' comment.

I know what you mean - it felt like being on a cross channel ferry every now and again!!

Can anyone give me a setlist? I took my daughter. We'd not seen him before. I agree bass was a little too prominent but he was great and the Lisa Hannigan support was good too. Both came over as great musicians/performers and gracious with it.
Now i'm after setting up a spotify playlist of the show

You're the man woodcock! Thanks, we only had the ocean as encore. I'm not that familiar with his tunes so not sure if they played Lady or not or even something to replace that. What a great show! we enjoyed all the banter as well.
