Anyone with their tickets in hand able to help me? I need to know if it says anything about age restrictions for the venue on it? I want to take my 12 year old niece, I tried phoning the academy but they seemed none the wiser! Ticketmaster just says on the site that under 14's need to be accompanied by an adult, which is fine, but then I went to brum on Sat and that was no under 14's, so I don't want to go all the way to Manchester with her to get turned away at the door. I'm keeping everything crossed that I can take her, it'll be her first gig, and I want to see another show! Thanks 8)

I have my ticket in my hand and the wording is very clear.

"Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times".

So, under 14s can attend, but need to be accompanied. I hope this helps.

:D really looking forward to seeing Richard and the guys especially playing the new stuff. It must be my 7th or 8th time we have seen Richard but not convinced the Academy will be the best venue as not my favourite to say the least?

Here's hoping it will be good and may be up for a beer in Jabez Clegg.

Haven't been to the Academy that many times - never noticed Big Hands - so have looked it up on google map...

Must have walked past it going The Oxford - it's tiny!

What a fantastic gig! I have been to many many Hawley gigs, but this one ranks among the very best of the best. Everything was spot on; the sound quality was perfect, the crowd was rocking .... Even if a bit talkative, but Headmaster Hawley put the talkers in their places a few times! Trees! There were trees! I thought we'd walked into a British SeaPower gig to begin with! :D The guys were on absolute top form. Lady's Bridge and The Ocean were among the best encores ever. Loved Colin playing the drums too. This was the last of this year's RH gigs for me - Pocklington, Magna, Holmfirth and Manchester. All very different; all worth the wait. Even the bouncers seemed to enjoy themselves and shook our hands as we left. Musicianship at its best. Thank you! X
