From a fantastic gig - just home for half an hour before heading to Brixton - let' see if he can top last night's performance.

We were treated to Richard and Martin Simpson singing Roving Gambler, and then they were joined on stage by Shez, Colin and the truly wonderful Clive Mellor on harmonica.

I love Clive on harmonica, I was hoping he'd be playing at the first City Hall gig but sadly not. Sounds like last night's concert was as good as the first :D

Very impressed by Martin Simpson - would have appreciated hearing more

Yes, better sound quality than with other gigs, though Richard did claim that it was being recorded, or was that a joke??

That was a fantastic night. Great to hear Roving Gambler live again - took me back to the RAH. And Water Boy, first time live for me.

Huge sound, fabulous lighting & some very fine guitar fingerwork. Even the trees were enjoying themselves. ..>

I thought the City Hall was an excellent venue. Audience were rather 'well mannered' :? (Although not to the point of waiting till the end to go to the bog )

Loved that tribute at Manchester. Hawley wasn't bad either
