I'm not going to ... uh... pull anyone's leg here, when I say:

Richard, I wish you a speedy recovery!
Broken bones + pain = plain shite.

As I'll be at The Forum tomorrow night, and will have a supply of plectrums with me, I'd be happy to help support you and the band on stage.

Just need to know what songs from the previous albums are being considered as I'll need to brush up a tad if I'm gonna be accompanying you. Just holler " Is Jock in the hoose?", and I'll be there.....

Looking forward to a great night, sir....... ..>

Hi folks managed to get through the shows despite the leg break up to now, thanks mainly to a brill band, crew and tour manager.Thank you to all the folks that came to the shows I am trying to get through the days but I have to tell you that even with a touring party of 14 big lads and lasses, getting on a plane or a fuckin train is a nightmare in a wheelchair I have learned very quickly how a large part of our society have to deal with their disabilities it's really got me thinking

Bless you all for your kindness, the er.......drugs are good though...... <*> I,m lost in the music more than ever x

Worst place on our travels for sheer ignorance, total unawareness of others and rudeness?..........Brussells eurostar Passengers by a mile.......the behaviour towards fellow passengers boarding the train to Paris was awful, not just to me but to women with little ones too,it was like we didn't exist........the irony of it being the seat of the EU wasn't lost on me...however the Spanish and the French travel folks......100% many thanks to the airport and train staff who were superb........forum gig tonight which should be ok I hope......then.....M1 North home to Sheff......there may be tears :Hoorah

I guess one thing you're going to miss big time is taking Fred out for walks. It's going to be so frustrating for a while not being able to do things, and having to depend on others so much, but we know that you're such a positive person that you'll cope. I think there will be a few tears in tonights audience because we all appreciate what you do so much. Cheers mate.

They'll just have to swap roles for a bit...

Are you calling him fat?

No, a joke at the expensive of me and my fellow Americans. Cupholders! Just like in Wal-E.

Don't know what to add, but amazed the shows are going on. Please heal quickly and come do a little tour of America, just you know, stay away from the cowboy boots.

Lots of love, Richard (and everyone!)

Just to say what a fantastic performance last night Richard, despite the pain/discomfort you must be in... must be so frustrating for you when you should be rocking out to the new stuff and have to sit down ! Wishing you a speedy recovery ( well, as speedy as you can get with a broken leg... )
