Yes mate Deffo later in the year the first thing I said when I got the first tour schedule was why no Irish or welsh dates?its basically because the venues I wanted to play werent available,I've tried to get wherever possible seated and standing gigs to cater for folks......the major exception was Sheffield it was a nightmare to find the right gig,it wasn't even on the original list but I booted off and we got the city hall.....the Irish dates will hopefully make everyone happy over the water.....the welsh dates are still being looked for I'm doin me best mate I promise ..>

It would those Vicar St gigs were something else, on the other hand a 5 night residency in Whelan's however... just thought I'd throw that out there

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

If you can also try and make Cork again Richard it would be great. Your show at The Pavilion a couple of years ago was magic and I also got a picture taken with you just to top off the night :D

This is great news Richard! The Olympia was great last time although I think you weren't feeling too well that night...love the idea of the Whelan's residency too!Vicar Street was great but there were alot of chatty people in the venue as I recall! Now an Academy residency would be pretty special too!
Anyway we've something to look forward to in the Autumn now! Hurrah great news!

P.S. anyone know what day /time Richard is on at Electric Picnic this year? Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere am new to all this!
