Hi folks so that's it for the sky's edge concerts for now........just got home from a cracker in Hull really glad to be here at last but so happy the tour went ok despite trapping my bleedin sciatic nerve in Oz.......what is it with me and touring these days??? :eh? Broken legs etc........anyway just wanted to tell you all how grateful I and the lads are for your tireless support means the world......I'm back off to peaceful obscurity(hopefully).........new songs are brewing as always but not yet ready......there will be events and one offs but I'm so insanely tired I need a break.......see you when we're all a little older......bless you all.......goodbye...........for now ..>

I have sciatic nerve advice should you be desperate. And the aches are just about getting old. Rest, have fun, be happy. x

Top gig last night Richard, very meaningful and all about the music. I felt like the audience were listening intently too.

The highlight for me was Run For Me - I took my dad to the gig and knowing the songs meaning it just felt nice to be there with him/

Enjoy your rest Richard ..>

Walk those dogs and rest in the bosom of the family. The pleasure's been ours.

Loved the hull gig! Felt the atmosphere was very charged! Brave to mention Sheffield Wednesday! Still - think we will go up this season in Hull! Enjoy the rest, dog walks and family time! Thanks.

Cheers Richard, your gig in Bristol last week meant the world to us, you're a legend.
Already looking forward to the next time, enjoy a well deserved rest, and may the Owls be kind to you.

Cheers Mr H - top stuff on the tour - I was at Buxton; hoping that the live album does it justice!

Thank you and the Band for a fantastic tour. Lucky enough that my O.H. loves your music too and it's so lovely to go off to gigs together in our 'mid life'. Lovely memories of a fair few gigs this tour - it can be an indescribable experience - just the way the music makes me feel - no words for it! Just thank you! Enjoy a well-earned rest and precious time with your family x

Thank you very much to you, the band and all your team for an unforgettable concert (and I'm sure this can be extended to all the concerts in the whole tour). Have a good rest, walk your dogs and enjoy your family, polish those new songs, take care about that sciatica and come to the forum to tell us everything's going superbly for you.

The pleasure really is all ours Richard....awesome shows in both Manchester and Liverpool that will live long in the memory.

And I trust you will now be available to get down to Hillsborough on Saturday for the visit of Forest....just watch for that 5.20pm kick off time though (blasted TV!). Lookin' forward to it already...
