Can I just add... to anyone looking to buy this ticket off palerider... please do not agree to meet him in a secluded area after dark... woodland, old church graveyard, abandoned building or Craig's bathtub. Stick to daylight hours in a well populated area, bring a friend and a big stick in case he wants to climb up your leg... he's mainly alright though

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

Tickets for Manchester Apollo purchased! Can't come quick enough.
Managed to get over to the Holmfirth show last month - one of the best I've ever seen Richard and the band...the guitars were smashing, vocals absolutely incredible. The new material sounded class ..>
Really enjoyed the band on the bill before aswell, sounded beyond their years - missed their name unfortunately, anyone know if they're on in February?

For anyone considering the above Galway show... Don't book using ticketmaster.. Just got a quote for €37.25 per ticket when all the wankbag fees are added up. Roisin Dubh sell them for €28 if you sign up as a member on their website which is free to do.

Might go for the Scunthorpe gig. Poor Scunthorpe. It is a dying, steel town. I used to work there many years ago. A bit of Hawley will brighten the place up. Thank you Richard for bringing your music there - it won't be the prettiest town you'll visit but it is good to know you'll be there to lift the spirits. Yes - definitely- I am booking tickets.

The Iveagh Gardens is the most incredible out door venue I've been to.. Smack bang in the center of Dublin it's a beautiful off the beat park. Saw the National there summer before the one gone and it was unbelievable.. the surroundings really lent to the atmosphere and vibe of the gig... easy to get in and out and get a beer.. should be amazing..

I agree - went to a comedy festival to see Garfunkel and Oates there a few years back and loved it (My profile pic was taken in Iveagh Gardens with them) This will be in the school holidays, so I'm tempted....
