Coles Corner was an encore - the screen went off, but came back again!

Whoops - stole the list from Jeremy's Facebook post and forgot to add the encore.

(Dimeadozen has the full show . . . . . )

A stupendous performance from Richard and the band. Loved the stage version of Down In The Woods - must be the only rock song ever with leaf mold (?) in the lyrics! Also great to see such a massive and appreciative audience.

What were the "technical difficulties" that RH apologised for? I didn't notice any problems having watched on i-player.

No idea other than they started late and The Ocean and There's a Storm A Comin' were dropped. There was a slight hitch before one of the songs as well.

Just watched it on BBC iplayer supported by several cans of Stella - which is something I may well repeat a few times over the next few weeks :pirat:

I downloaded Mr Hawleys set from Glastonbury. I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. We are, as a family, having a unsettled, trying time at the mo. It's the first time in a couple of weeks, I've sat down and smiled, felt that maybe things aren't completely shit, and things can, perhaps, be OK. Thank you, Richard you are a good man, and lucky for us, you can make us feel better.

I never used to enjoy festivals at all especially as a solo artist but for some reason it appears I do now, around the end of the Trueloves gutter period I had a word with myself over my chronic nerves....it was so bad I could hardly play at all some nights....I got sick of it and basically taught myself to just say"fuck it,no one dies and it just doesn't matter THAT much that I've got to nearly die of terror before a show, just enjoy it you daft f****r"...it was slightly more complicated than that but in essence that was it..and bizarrely it worked I don't suffer with nerves at all now and I can play to the full extent of my ability....there is nothing worse for a musician to suffer from"the horror beyond terror"it's awful......sorry to hear of your troubles but glad you get some shared joy from music

Sounds awful for you to have to go through that terror, but so, so glad you've overcome it!
Watched the gig on Saturday night, then again on Sunday and it was so lovely to be transported from all the crap that's been going on around us over the past few days/weeks. Camerawork was excellent and the band looked like they were really soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying it. Never been to Glastonbury, but watching RH this year has made me want to attempt being ankle deep in mud next year!
