Richard will be playing an acoustic show for War Child UK BRITs week at Union Chapel in London on 16th February with very special guest Paul weller!
Money raised by the show will aid War Child's vital work to protect, educate and stand up for the rights of children whose lives have be torn apart by war.
O2 customers can access a small amount of pre-sale tickets for this show via O2 Priority from 9am Wednesday 18th January.
At 9am on 20th January an extremely limited number of tickets will be on sale from: http://www.britsweekwarchild.co.uk/. These won't last long.
Alternatively, also from 9am on the 20th, a £5 donation to War Child via http://www.britsweekwarchild.co.uk/ will enter your name in a ticket prize draw. Each winner will get two tickets to the show.

So, whose laundry do I have to do, or bags do I have to carry, to get one of these? The Union Chapel is one of my favourite places to hear music ever, it would be great to see H and I love Paul weller like a teenage saddo. Some bastard will beat me on the buying tickets front, because of have the technical ability of a gerbil, and my experience of prize draws extends to a bottle of Lambrusco in the bingo raffle at my mum and dad's working men's club. If one of yous gets one and I don't, think of me, because it could not go to a more deserving home than me here. Thank you. x

On at 9, sold out at 9.05. surprise, surprise. :eh? :*: Like U2, no doubt they will be on the shithouse sites at some crazy price. Such is life :*: £5 draw, even if you don't win a pair of tickets it's a worthwhile cause.

No, sold out at 9.03! Had my O2 friends on it and nadder! I am going to try again Friday and do the draw but, if I am not successful, my faith in cosmic karma will be seriously dented. The charity is very worthwhile though so, if I can't get this one, I may go for Rag 'n' Bone man who, if I was twenty years younger, would have to run quite fast...x

Couldn't even get into the waiting list - but they did say the O2 priority tickets were extremely limited. Good luck to all of us on Friday morning.

Not wishing to come across too gloaty or anything, but I joined the waiting line thing anout 8:50 and got through a minute or so after 9 for 2 tickets. Luck of the draw i reckon, but just to show it wasn't a (total) stitch up.

Yeah, I know. As I said, I won a bottle of Lambrusco once in a raffle and that is the sum total of my luck in these things. In fact, I would go so far as to say that anything that requires wishful thinking that involves me is bound to be a fuck up. That saying, I have generally maxed out in life, with top friends and family, lovely kids and a pretty happy existence. And I don't really like shitty wine. Although a pair of tickets would be nice. Going to try tomorrow, only to be beaten to it by people who only logged on by off chance. Fuckers. x

There's one ticket on viagogo....£175.56 + processing fees. :*: cunts, I wouldn't give them the 56p for it!

The T&C of this gig are that the purchaser must be with the tickets they purchased and show photo ID. These are tickets for a charity event so there may be a way of preventing them being sold on these sites, don't e-bay remove that kind of listing?

That's just so so wrong it's a fucking charity gig what is wrong with them? I hate ticket touts and c***s that resell tickets at inflated prices, trouble is though if folks stopped buying them.....problem over

Yup. If the luck of the draw doesn't do it for me, I shall be happy I gave them my money and do something else. The whole tout thing makes me feel dirty. And nothing's so important that you have to debase yourself by paying more than some families have to feed their kids for a month. Xx
