If work tomorrow morn didn't preclude me I'd like to think I'd be having a stout with the Hawley fella after a fine show in Vicar St tonight. Sure had a few at the gig and loved the ethereal start to Lady Solitude. The entire performance... twas solid as oak. Being greedy, would've loved to have heard Sick Pay or Motorcycle Song but no complaints. Bualadh bos (round of applause) Mr Hawley. You put joy in people's hearts.

John, you summed it up well. What a wonderful night. You mentioned the special intro to Lady Solitude - a highlight. Richard and all the band seemed to love everymoment. Just please don't delay in returning.

Crowd at the start were a bit subdued but not too long in the guys had them eating out of their hand. What can I say that hasnt been said about RH gigs I've been to before except the band & Richard continue to excel, improve and just continue when you thought it wasnt possible and they just have everyone in complete awe. It was fucking awesome to hear the encore with our own Clive, I now have a new favourite version of Lonesome Town and I'm so Lonesome was pure gold too. Cracking gig roll on next time.

In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

Thank you Richard for an amazing night. It was just fucking brilliant, every bit of the night was just great. If you recorded it you should definately make a CD or some kinda live download available from the gig. Especially The Ocean at the end, you really let rip on it and I went home smiling so wide I could eat a banana sideways! :D

Cheers Boss 8)
