Something like a gig in the Glee club, or in the B'ham academy, or even better in the new refurbished town hall?.

Your gig in the Symphony Hall was ACE!!!!

Oh come on Boss, please, please, please???

I work for the company that refurbished the Town Hall and it would be a wonderful place for Richard to play.
The seats at the front come out (well they did for our works dinner dance there!) so it would please the standing crowd and the sitting down crowd.... :*: Image

Good venue, pity someone forgot to put an aisle down the middle. The seats stretch from wall to wall. So if someone in the middle wants to go for a piss, half the country has to get up/shuffle/disturb every one behind..........moan, moan, moan, moan, moan

Oh and Mr H has 'done' the Glee Club, top show that it was.

Nothing wrong with Coventry, I would go to a gig in Coventry, if the Boss wanted too.

A gig at the Golden Cross would be prety great, Richard should do a 'one man and his guitar' tour one day of fine pubs.

The cafes in the indoor market remind me of the Late Night Final cover.

Overall though, a future gig at Birmingham Town Hall would be fanastic, beutiful venue. Would suite the music perfectly.

I know ;)

No one would ever be able to say 'what's wrong with Coventry?' with a straight face.

Just came back from there, even in bright sunlight it's miserable and grey.

I happen to work at the Town Hall, I'd bloody love it if Richard were to play there. Met him briefly at the Symphony Hall gig where he was kind enough to sign a couple of my cd's. In between playing with a cybermen helmet he'd just bought....

Yes Bard...
I work for Wates as a Desktop publisher putting the tender documents together. Every document I do these days has the Town Hall in coz the company is so proud of it. :*: It'd be a great venue for a Richard Hawley gig and I think he would love it...
