Isn't there a little harp that you play between the teeth?..
.I remember having the misfortune of living next door to some hippy who used to play it when he got back from the pub.....................twang, twang twangy all through the night............it used to drive me insane.................................I remember he took us all down to a cave on the Scilly Isles.....just to explore....and sure enough out came his harp..............................

There was a band called Medicine Head who had a really big hit in the very early 70s with a song called One And One Is One. Really good song. They played one of those on that song.

Showing me age there.

If you listen to cross town traffic by Jimi Hendrix you will hear the paper and comb put to very good use

I'm not sure what an enchanted lyre is, but with a name like that it's got to be interesting :)

Paper and Comb how basic is that, think Meeky used a comb on "I Hear a New World" a ground breaking LP/EP of its time. Wonder if he got all techno and used one of those steel nit ones that hurt like hell and EQ'd it through an Astronic device, wonder what band he'd have used, works best with Suleo, the treatment that is !
Best Wishes
Nitty Nora
We'll be scrutinising The Bonzo Dog Do Da Band next
PS use Tesco's own brand greaseproof paper, works a treat, every little helps!

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.
