It always sells out months before. Stick your finger in your and learn a 17 verse shanty and you might get on the bill!!

Will it just be the man and Shez doing his acoustic stuff? There's usually full coverage on Radio 2!

I've heard that rumour cod, I know he's also partial to a bit of Roger Whittaker, so expect some whistling solo's and a barnstorming versions of 'Durham Town' and 'Daytrip to Bangor' ! :D

No I bloody won't. :evil: I'll happily pay to get myself half way round the country and hotels for gigs but I won't give some bastard rip-off merchant an over-inflated price for a ticket. I'm stubborn that way. I shall have to console myself with knowing that Richard and the band will be getting in a bit of practice before Holmfirth. Just a shame with it being pretty much up the road ... Knebworth would be closer though ... :roll: ... there's an idea, I hope Cod's taking notes :*:

.... and I'm still hoping that Portsmouth's European debut is going to be Barcelona or Milan ... with Richard playing in that city the night before/after ... so having to save some pennies for the emergency travel fund. :wink:

..... of course, I might have to put my principles to one side ... if only I could work out how ebay works :? :? £44 ... is that a bit steep? There's two tickets going for £80? :roll: ... Denise this is all your fault for putting the idea in my head. :*:
