I was looking up to see how many Doctor Hawleys there were (quite a few, the most notorious being Dr Crippen of course...........) - and came across several Hawley branded items that I thought it would be fun to post here................

A retainer

A vineyard and distillery

Image

A knight with two wives..........

Image

A yacht

Image

And there are cemetaries, towns, a lake, a baby carrier, an athletic shoe, even a steel helmet for the US army.....................

And of course all that is an excuse to post a rather gorgeous picture that I've just found............... of the one and only.................... :D

Dr Richard Hawley................... 8)

There's three levels of degree, master, bachelor and doctorate, with doctorate being the highest.

An honorary degree is an academic degree for which a university (or other degree-awarding institution) has waived the usual requirements. The degree itself is typically a doctorate or, less commonly, a master's degree, and may be awarded to someone who has no prior connection with the institution in question.

Yes, it does say that, although I don't know if it's any guarantee of accuracy - it also says Richard was a "founder member" of Pulp :eh?

It's obligatory to dress up like a knob.

Who's this rockin' doc, then?
