Oh hello Richard........I just fancied asking................did you listen to any Django Reinhardt whilst you were learning to play the guitar as a boy?

yes but he didn't really influence me much,Shez is VERY good at all that stuff in fact he has a band called"Djangoism"and they're ace.I love all the Stephan Grappelli stuff they did together the hot club of paris stuff,amazing

I saw Stephane Grapelli play live sometime in the late 80's/early 90's in Burton-upon-Trent town Hall. He was absolutely amazing (and not a young chap by that point) he played with vigor and energy, like no-one I have seen before or since. The Hot Club de Paris stuff was great.

would that be Pierre Vigor and Benoir Energy they are great musicians
