I agree that Storm Comin is very Bond like.
I quite liked the Jack White theme, but I guess I’m alone there.
Not sure I can listen to Skyfall ever again now without imagining Vic Reeves pub singer...I wonder if it works for all Adele songs... :*:

There's a track on the forthcoming Stephen Emmer EP which would be great as a Bond theme, once Stephen puts it on soundcloud or wherever, I'll add a link.

And I totally agree over the Tony Christie song, first thing that came into my mind at the Royal Albert Hall.

I suspect the Adele rumours for the next Bond film are purely because the song won so many awards and because Bond films rarely get nominated. There'll be plenty of other rumours before the film is made and a musician chosen to create the song.

Can't stand Adele, and the first time I heard her Bond theme I thought it was a piss take.

For those familiar with Skyfall.....our little Dan, he's three, enjoys shouting at strangers 'just take the bloody shot!' Thank you Dame Judi. Great film. Knocks spots off other Bond films...except The Spy Who Loved Me. Obviously. Dang-a-lang-a-lang....ooh bit of bush.

Having met Tony Christie several times I'm going to be slightly biased. However, as RH says Danger Is A Woman In Love is a fantastic tune that definitely has that Bond-esque feel.

I also know Tony Christie recorded his own version of Casino Royale back in 2006. Would be interesting if that was ever released.
