I must confess I remember the morning I would NOT leave the house for the school bus until I played that song.

Puff the Magic Dragon is one I remember as a small child, but we didn't get a radio till after I was 5.

I drove my old mum mad playing that song over and over again, I knew every word by heart.
I remember when dad chucked the old radiogram out and that single was still on the record player..............it was so scratched it wasn't worth saving.
I haven't heard that song for donkey's years...I would like to hear it again just for the nostalgia really..............

I do remember when i was a young'n my mother took me to see the Beatles films,probably Hard Days Night and Help.however my first memories are of music on the Radio, and it was always Cliff and The Shadows,these memories are always tinged with much sadness for me as my mother sadly died in 1966 aged 31,even now i still like Cliff and The Shadows .The classics such as Apache still sound great to me,probably not cool nowadays but have seen Hank Marvin on tour and we also went to the Shadows final tour a couple of years ago.

i just remembered goin to me nans and dad puttin on 2 songs on a jukebox, must have been around 73 and i was 3 or 4 maybe a bit older. we had stopped off at the pub me mum met me dad. MOULDY OLD DOUGH lieutenant pidgeon and TWO LITTLE BOYS 'THE' Rolf Harris (genius!) which was dads fav cos me brother was born 15 months after me

The first song I think I was conscious of was probably something like Telstar which came out in 1960, the year I was born, I suppose I must have been about 3 or 4 when I noticed it.
