Post subject:  Lady's Bridge

Well, I was in Sheffield on Saturday evening taking my 15 year old Son to the Carling Academy to see Gary Numan. As we arrived early, I decided to go in search of Lady's Bridge. It turned out to be just a short walk away from the Academy, and well worth the effort. I was particulary pleased to see Mr H's name inscribed on the re-opening plaque. I have never walked around this bit of Sheffield before, but it looked very interesting and within a few minutes I was wishing I had brought my camera along.

I also drove through Lowedges on my way in and out of Sheffield, so all in all a good evening.

Oh! and Numan was darn good as well - a synth played very loud coupled with 'industrial strength' guitars sounds awesome!

Cheers, Steve.
