Hi folks I recently found this lovely stray dog in the woods, I called him Pip he is a really boss dog,I took him home and fed, watered, brushed and along with my family loved him to bits, we put posters up all over our area but nobody called and it was our sad task to have to take this beautiful fella to the pound as we have two dogs already it was/is heart breaking to know he's in there on his own( as I've said before I'm as soft as shit) anyway if there are any genuine lovers of dogs and homes that need a dawg this little fella is amazing, house trained and obedient and very sweet and loving

Not a dog lover so it's not for us I'm afraid, but I have to admit, he looks a right character! 8)

He's so cutesy! Me and the boys would love a dog but the old man says he'll leave if we get one... come to think of it, some days, that doesn't sound like too bad a deal...!!

I'd love him. Good luck.x

He's gorgeous - seriously tempted. I am sure you have earned your right to some weird dog guy stripes - you must have the freedom of Sheffield by now? That'll let you do anything...

I haven't even got the freedom of our house.....

A young couple found him first and I said if they didn't find the owner by the time I walked back their way with my dogs I'd help he ended up with us as they had a cat anyway I hope he goes to a good home,he's a boss little dog we hit it off straight away he is a very obedient little hound and really affectionate it was heart breaking to have to let him go

He looks quite a cheeky chap . I like animals, but I like them to belong to other people  I hope he finds a good home. Richard, you remind me of my Dad (that's not meant to sound weird). Abandoned animals always used to find him on the park. He took the dog out once & came home with a shivering ferret tucked inside his coat. Another time he nearly fell in the pond rescuing a stranded goose. And one morning he opened the front door to bring in the milk & found, sitting on the doorstep, a duck. :*:

Oh bless look at his tail wagging in the picture!

I hope he finds a good home very soon poor little mite.

And Richard you're your own man and take no prisoners - you'd soon see anyone off who labelled you as "wierd dog man in the park" - there are worse labels I'm sure! :*:

Our Charlie says 'Well done'.

Actually we all say well done - it just does my head in that folks abandon their pets for no real reason sometimes - I mean the owners could have taken the poor bugger to the dog pound rather than let him loose in the woods.

On the other hand, there are quite a few people who I'd happily abandon in the woods :Oink:

Just go and get the fucking dog and be done with it! You know you want to. The kids can have a dog each. I wouldn't worry about being labelled mad dog man – my other half, who is too rude to remember people's names, calls our neighbours in the three houses opposite 'The Christians', 'The Tory Christians' and 'The Swinging Bigots'! And one of the mums at the school said she'd heard another describe me as "the one with the dykey hair".

So mad dog man seems quite tame compared to Christian Tory Swinging Bigot Dyke. Just go with it and fuck 'em. x
