Well i thought it was a tad early to use the C word but there was a christmas tree in the boozer before the match today so I guess not. Just checked the calendar (twice) and it really is only 3 weeks 'till The King Bee Christmas shindig. As always festivities worldwide kick off when The King Bee decrees the party season is officially open and what a night we have planned. Nick Pearson will as always don his fairy wings and grant wishes, Gav Arno will spread good will amongst all men and women, and Graham the Rabbi Wright is in charge of mirth and merryment. Paul Metcalf (in charge ot the weather as always) will ensure a light sprinkling of snow, but not enough to disrupt travel! So what about the music I hear you shout......well obviously we have Gav Arno and Graham Wright the impeccable centre halves as the back bone of the night, coupled with the club mascot, the one and only Andrew Mace Mason who'll also be selling an array of awesome 45's should you require something for your loved one (or yourself) for christmas. And the guest DJ? Well he's currently in Europe touring his latest top ten LP, and just featured in record collector. Rachel Elizabeth Guy has just this week posted a video of him DJ'ing at the club last year. It's been a while but he's back spinning an eclectic mix of R'n'B, Surf, Garage and Rockin' tunes, it is of course Sheffields very own Richard Hawley. Shakespeares Sheffield Saturday December 12
