Yep, the neighbours were out checking that the house wasn't falling down. I can't get back to sleep. The ladies of the house didn't even wake up...

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

Epicentre was Market Rasen and looks like my parents will have felt it as a neighbour is quoted on the BBC News. Their sketch shows it goes slightly north of Market Rasen and then way down to London.

It was felt in Walthamstow which is a couple of miles north of where I live. As people were saying books fell off bookshelves I don't think it reached us, otherwise my flat would have been chaos this morning (I've almost 1,000 books).

Yeah but given the diminishing power of incidents over the past few months it'll be three people in Crookes with a singed shrubbery. Won't stop the news interviewing a Red Cross worker outside their houses.

(seriously, on Breakfast news this morning they were interviewing some local Red Cross worker, who been called out int he middle of the night to look at a fallen chimney stack...)

Haha yeah I saw that. "Neighbours came to inspect the damage", they said.

"Darling, the chimney's fallen down - call round all the neighbours, would you?"
