Its always good to see Man Utd and Chelsea lose. :D

It is an interesting line-up for the F.A. Cup this year, I don't have a favourite team out of the four left.

I had a few bob on United to go through and for Chelsea to loose and they cost me a few quid  but ! I'd be very happy to see Harry win the FA cup he's been about a while a wiley old character, a great character there aint so many of them left,

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

 I think you'll find that there were a lot of smiling Manchester City fans on Saturday  :*:

Glad to see Cardiff, West Brom and Barnsley in the semis and wouldn't begrudge any of them the cup :D :D

It took the edge off being beaten by Reading, I suppose. :?

i think it's good for football, shows that lower league sides can do the business, maybe in future premier league sides will take the "minnows" more seriously in future.

I hope Portsmouth win, they are a good team and Harry is a great manager, got a gut feeling for west brom though.

i can see everyone is happy to see the little clubs get through to the cup semis, but what about the final? portsmouth, barnsley, cardiff, west brom. i would love it , really love it! if one of these clubs beat arsenal, chelsea, man utd or liverpool in the final, you know the underdog striving over the money clubs. but i'm a palace supporter who the bloody hell am i supposed to cheer on?
the worst final i can remember of late was man utd-liverpool (1-0) so hopefully 2 teams with nothing to loose will go for it and make a final to remember!
i bet real madrid, barcalona, bayern etc are shitting themselves for next season. :*:
i really want to wish all 4 teams the very best for the semis and final.

:Hoorah :Hoorah :Hoorah Quick screeeeeaaaammm before I run off to consume another bottle of cava ... but Portsmouth are in the FA cup final!! :D :D :D

Watched it on neighbours' huge tv and embarrassed myself by screeching rather alot. Was offered ticket yesterday for £100 and turned it down 'cos I hate bastards who make money out of these things (but quite relieved 'cos that game wasn't worth £100 ... ) ... but there is no bloody way I'm missing the final. Last time Pompey won FA Cup was 1939 and I don't think I'll be around in another 59 :*:

Did mention to nephew that he has same initial and name as mine so I could mug him and pinch his ticket ... he pointed out that his was for a 'young person' and I "didn't look 20" ... before quickly suggesting that I might look "22" :*: (he's good!).

So now you can all rest assured that threads with no name a non-issue for the next few weeks whilst I obsess about the final instead! :*:
