I had enough of being ill all the bloody time, if is not a cold is a ear infection, and know I had done three blood tests today, and next week I have a smear test, I can't remember the last time I was 100 % healthy anymore, I eat sensibly, I don't smoke I do plenty of exercise, and yet I am ill all the time.
I hate this, I need a break, I need health. I want to be happy again.

hi ! hope you feel better real soon ! i know how you feel , i gave up smoking a bit back and got every cold n illness going ! you hear about all these healthy people that never smoked eat well and go to the gym three times a week and still get ill (sometimes real bad) im always wondering if its worth it or you should just live life to the full and do what ever you want when you want, does it really make a diff what you bloody do ?

hope yer feel a bit better soon. i always think it helps when the weather gets better (though its not exactly great at the moment is it! ) - least its not pitch black in the mornings anymore!

I'm comforting myself with a glass of milk and Oreo biscuits...a little bit of sweetness always helps.

Mostly all quiet on the male front! Maybe we girls should put said test in the same context as a prostate examination for men - a minor discomfort, but totally necessary.

Just let them cast an eye over the equipment involved in ours!

I know, is well nasty, I'm not looking forward to that thing, I am scared !!!

The more you're scared the more you'll tense up and the more it'll hurt - you need to relax! It only takes about 30 seconds so just close your eyes and think of something nice........... it'll be over before you know it!

get over it, if you women aren't moaning about the walk in the park that is giving birth it's moaning about speculums!
