Hi RH, so will you be nervous on Saturday about possible relegation? or do you take it in your stride. Of course it's quite irrational to be nervous about something you can do nothing about but it definitely gets to people.

For my sins I've been following Stockport County since 1972,the season before last we were a hairs breadth from going out of the league, the thought of relegation became all consuming for several months. This year it's a bit different, in the play offs for league 2, the inevitable consequence will be defeat and more footy related heartache but I'm trying to be grown up about it.

I hope Wednesday survive, first game I ever saw was at Old Trafford, April 1969,Man U v Wednesday. Wednesday were also responsible for one of the most miserable 2 games in my life supporting County, in the 80s when they beat us 10 nil on aggregate but I will let that go.

The games on Sunday-looks like the away win at Leicester has got Wednesday looking good for staying up.Norwhich at home is winnable whereas Leicester have to go to Stoke,my hometown club (but not my team) Southampton have to beat Sheff Utd to have any chance of staying up

As a Port Vale supporter - we've had a dreadful season - my hopes are pinned on Leicester doing Stoke over - and then for Stoke to fail miserably in the play-offs after being within 2 minutes of the Premiership....

That would be a sweet kick in the teeth...

The crossed-fingers worked! :D :D Hope you celebrated in style.

.... shame Sheffield United failed to fulfil my fantasy of a Southampton relegation though.
