Always one to get the blood boiling......fucking mobile phones!!

My Nokia has decided to have a life of its own. The middle stick thing is knackered and you only have to look at it and it's shooting off texts or calling random people in my phone book. Apologies to anyone on here who may have my number and gets a random call while I'm on the bog!!

Where's the best place to get a new one without costing the earth or having to renew my contract?........ebay??

Go to Carphone warehouse, is quite cheap.

I hope you feel a bit better anyway.

Carphone do sell refurbished second hand phones, that's even cheaper.

Fucking thing has caused me 'crossed wires' with an aquaintance that I should have met for a quickie (drink!) Not sent texts when it should. It's a twatter! No fucker had one 15yrs ago and the world carried on just fine....they're fucking evil tools!!

Can't you go back to the shop and tell them that the handset is knackered and if you're going to stick to the rest of the contract you want a new one?

We have one for sale at work - a nice Samsung - but its purple and has scratches on the screen otherwise I'd get it for you.............

I hate it when insomniac pals text me at 2 o'clock in the morning disturbing my slumber ... that little beep gets me everytime. I must be a light sleeper - and no, Denise, I can't switch it off because I can't work out how to use the alarm on my new cd-alarm-clock so have to use the alarm on the phone instead.

.....upshot is, Bank holiday monday and I'm sat on my Jack Jones with wages burning a hole in my pocket, raging hormones and no-one to share my joy and happiness with!

......Looks like I'm going to have to go for a gargle with NickD off here unless a better offer turns up sharpish.....

Instruction manuals? I can never find them, I put them safe then they get covered by books and papers. Then when I try to follow the instructions, I get annoyed by how appallingly written they are, give up and bash keys and buttons until I get the affect I desire.
