And the glasses are cool too, if Rich does a version then the he must do the whole package prescription dark gigs...Tell ya what music don't get much better than this...so nice to hear at least Hawley boy comes across so sincere in the production of his music...sounds like the old "valve" days
No one ever talks about Billy Fury, what a voice.

Interesting that Billy's backing band was the Tornados. Apparently Billy's manager Larry Parnes Shillings and Pence was duped into believing that to get the vocal right they had a special mike...he insisted that they always use "Billy's Mike" in the studio, tee hee.
What ever happened to all those great stage names, Johnny Gentle,Marty Wilde,Vince Eager et al. Suppose Billy Idol is pretty close. Is Richard Hawley a pseudonym. Bet his real name is Danny Storm
Would you belive there was a group called Freddie Flicker and his Knicker Flickers ! Mind boggling stuff.
Stick to Richard Hawley for now
An interesting song by Joe is Little Baby by the Blue Rondos, very typical of the true RGM sound, sounds like Roy Orbison, great tune.
Why do mouth organs sound so good by the way !
