In Mansfield they are employing a guy to wander the streets spraying piles of dog shit pink in an attempt to shame dog owners into clearing up after their dogs.

I bet he dreads the question "what do you do for a living".

Not sure how spraying them pink makes people ashamed - anyone who doesn't clear up after their dog doesn't give two hoots so seeing it sprayed pink isn't really going to change them.

I would have thought a painted turd is the nearest that Mansfield will ever get to street art.

The closest I've been to witnessing such an event "live" was on Chiswick high street, I was coming out of odd bins and Barbara Cartlands poodle let rip big style. In all fairness it looked like a pink Bon Bon...Yummy....
From a personal point of veiw the worst offender is the one that feels like a brick and is in fact the size of a pea from those vesta de hydrated meals !Some consolation though easy to post on e-bay

Well the promos for the Lady's Bridge single are commanding a high price on e-bay. Is it really worth £30.00 to have this?

Hmm, it's the same seller as yesterday, just how many promos does this guy have that he is trying to make so much money out of?

Is a promo a limited edition copy sent to the media, music press or radio stations, etc, for review purposes?

Yep. Universal stopped some guy selling promos on e-bay in the States and took him to court, they claimed that promos remain the property of the record company - they lost the case.

Any CDs of that type I've ever seen come with a clear warning stating 'Promotional copy - strictly not for resale.' Maybe this, ironically, boosts their value?

Perhaps the onus lies with the record companies to serialise or even code them with invisible markings (ultra violet). They could then trace the culprit.

It's certainly a shitty trick by whoever is abusing the privilege of being on the mailing list.

Or am I just jealous because I'm too nice to break the rules!

I suspect Terry Wogan is rounding them up from bottom drawers, donning a false muzzy and flogging them off at car boot sales for a quid each...

Poor Tel. This unfortunate pic emphasises the importance of a sound foundation garment. I never leave home without one.

Mr H has been asked some cheeky questions, but who's gonna ask him which way he dresses. I'm not!!
