Hey Richard,

I don't know whether you remember me ? I am the guy who kept putting your stuff on such ground breaking shows like "The X Factor" "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here" and Dancing on Ice"

Don't worry I've stopped now. I have now started putting on Mika and Westlife.

Anyhow I have now been deported to the good old U.S. of A for crimes against Television.

Just wondering if you are coming to LA in the near future as I need a fix of decent tunes. I looked on youtube and it had some stuff of you at the Trobadour.

Also do you know any decent boozers in the LA area ????????

Take care mate.

Stotty

Gutted your not playing for a while.

I do disagree about there not being any decent boozers around here though.

Yes a lot of them are soulless, over priced celebrity hang-outs. Where you have to be on a list to get in and when you get in there there are about 5 coked up bints looking for Justin Timberlake.

Yes everyone is a bit vacuous and it's all about image and how white your teeth are and what car you've got etc etc.

But, I love going into proper dive bars all around LA where the real people hang out. Where there is always a juke box and a pool table. Loads of decent beers (boddingtons anyone ???) People are really friendly and they're always buying you drinks and asking you how the queen is as they depth charge another shot and fall off there stool.

There are some proper characters around here and the food is amazing and I'm starting to look like giant haystacks.

One thing I have learned living in different places than Manchester. Like London, LA and Oz. That where your from isn't neccessary the best place to live in the world but it's always home.

Hope to catch you in LA soon.

Can you bring me some Dax Wax I can't find it anywhere. Oh and some Baked Beans. My son is going mental as he can't get his fix. One last thing what's happening in Corrie ????

Cheers Stotty

Mate I don't need anymore false tits. Where I'm staying it's like a silicone heaven. Everybody seems to be Armenian though.

To make me feel at home I'd need a decent chippy, a couple of dirty tooled up scallies on the corner with there hand down their stupid shell suited pants, boarded up petrol stations and a Sainsbury's mega store every half a mile.

Don't miss a fuckin' thing.

(Except my family and a decent chippy.)

The rest of it is a load of shit.

(Oh and decent guiness.)

England is turning into a total shit hole.

(Oh and sunday roasts.)

So glad I got out of there for a few months

(Oh and going to the match.)

Don't miss a thing mate ???

(Oh and my favorite Indian takeaway.)

Homestly I don't ?????

(Oh and all dayers and proper chocolate.)

I'm never coming home ????

(Oh and normal people who have a normal sense of humour and understand my Manc accent)

Shit, get me on the next plane home.

Isn't that what Nicole K*dman has called her new-born daughter?

Oh and Gary,

Funny, is that not James Dean you've got as your avatar.

Didn't he live and Die in LA ?????

You could probably come over here and visit his mangled Porsche in some tacky Hollywood museum.

It sure is bollocks TV mate.

But for me it's a means to an end. Yes I don't get to work on the programs or films (hopefully one day) that I want to.

It gets me closer to all that out here though.

but most of all I'm doing it for my family. As it pays pretty good to work on bollocks TV as the bollocks TV I work on is some of the most popular in the world.

Which means my wife and little boy get to spend their days round the pool and down the beach and on weekends we get to go to zoos and go walking in the hills and go to Mexico and San Francisco etc etc.

Life's pretty good out here.

One day I hope to do a documentary on my favorite subject "Guinness"
but no one would pay for me to make it.

Life's tough.

I'll send you a picture of James Dean's star on the Hollywood walk of fame or have you changed your avatar to fuckin' Panorama ???

Just joking buddy.

James dean's fuckin cool.

I went up to where they filmed Rebel without a cause (Griffith Observatory)
really nice park and a top smoggy view.

What's going on in Blighty anyway ???

Down here there is no news about anything but pissin America.

I went to see LA Galaxy play with David Beckham. What a load of shit. (good stadium though)

Sorry again. I'll shut up now.

Peace Stotty

Holy shit. Told not to waste food ????

The septic's are all moaning because it's $5 a gallon. Trouble is all their cars do 2 miles to the gallon. But there are some amazing cars out here. Check this one out

on the down side baked beans are £6 a tin and I thought the yanks invented them.

Shit I hope I don't come home and it's like summat out of 28 days later.
