I love Philip (or Philippe) best. He had some of the most classic lines.

  ... why does Dave remind me of Rigsby? I'm sure the forum had a Ms Jones moment a few months back and Dave must have been involved somehow :?

.... but anyhow, yes, Rising Damp ... classic ... even if at such a young age I found Rigsby just a little too leery it was beautifully moderated through the urban Philip and lovable Alan ... more Rising Damp info ...

Re BB9

Admit to watching this but for entertainment value purely.
Was wondering how we're gone from the plays and sonnets of Shakespeare to the present day vocabularly (arse-licking, oh my god! gobsmacked) being among some of the worst culprits.

has anyone watched 'to catch a predator'?

i find american TV so hilarious!

quick dissection of the show...

'perverted justice' are a team of cops, geeks, 18 year old actress, smarmy yet charming tv presenter...work together in setting up blokes on the internet to turn up at a house to believe they are meeting a 13 year old girl for sex...

some of the creepiest guys in the world turn up, the actress sometimes asks them what they want to do and then just nips off to get a drink...then the presenter comes out and reads the transcript of what the creep has been saying he wants to do to the 13 year old girl! the blokes then realise they're on TV (the most hilarious facial expression changes occur at this stage) then when they try to run off the police appear (normally with tasers) and arrest the men!

genius TV....

only in america folks haha.

check it out on youtube! it's insane!
