We of the Hawley Forum are made of stern stuff you know! We rejected the SAS as being too soft ....... we'll be there on Friday night come rain or shine, or snowstorm - just to see Richard and the guys.

i will obviously try my very hardest to make sure nothing goes wrong it would be a shame but i cannot control the weather,it will be a lovely night and i look forward to it very much, don't take this as in anyway a negative response i am sure it will be ok.However as always if the met office give a severe weather warning then obviously you have to take notice because no one wants to be hurt or stranded.i know that all the main roads will be heavily gritted so those will at least be open i must say though i would advise you all to wear walking type boots if you have them cos its a cave it will NOT be comfortable and like a normal gig it will be cold it WILL be a laugh and it WILL be fun and Fingers crossed folks ...it will happen and we will all have a boss time keep checking the weather forecasts and the BBC do an online thingy for erm ...weather and that:santa: :rendeer:

Hoping the weather is going to be kind to us on Friday. Only coming up from Leicestershire. Don't mind as long as I get there. No B&B, but don't care if I have to sleep in the car!

i tuned in to the beeb for the weather this morning and i thought someone had chucked a white sheet over the screen.

I was slipping all over yesterday so i suppose i'll fall down a cravass or something friday!

But we are made of stern stuff.

I wonder what a round of applause sounds like with everyone wearing gloves???

I reckon it'll be idyllic come Friday with snow on the fields and hills but off the roads and pathways...

Castleton bedecked with lights and decorations...

Well that what my mate Michael Phish told me...

Ah it'll be reet, I never take much notice of the weather forecasts anyway, they always seem to get it wrong. So hopefully we won't be 'snowed out' and if it happens whilst we're there, well that's fine by me!! :D

what are they then? "walking type boots" isn't a term I recognise - unless they have heels of course............ :D Dave has volunteered to pull my sled for me so I don't get my feet mucky and can continue to wear my heels............... :D :*:
