This confuses me too. Maybe it's on a higher intellectual level that I'll never be able to attain? :eh?

You're not the only one confused! :?

So are you off work still enjoying the view or have you had to go back after your treatment?

Nah it's just you were having a go at Mr H's spelling but you always misspell "definite" ... there's definitely no 'a' in definite

You say TomAto, I say Tomartoe!! The word 'pedant springs to mind, but lets not be falling out over a misplaced 'I'!!!

......Lady B..... I'm off work this week using up holiday I've not took, on top of the 7 weeks I've just had off on the blob. It's a hard life I know, but the impending threat of redundancy gives me a 'Devil may care fuck them with a a sharp stick' kinda attitude!

I hadn't realised the redundancies might affect your section as well - fingers crossed its a good outcome for you whatever happens! :?

Nobody's safe at the moment Lady B in the current climate. I've seen top managers who I thought were fireproof get the hoof (poetry??) On the upside I've been there 7 years so would get a decent'ish' redundancy package. I've decided to buy a big black horse called 'Bess' and become a modern day highwayman on the Snake Pass. Failing that I'll run a pub and become a jovial landlord!!

You can't possibly run a pub - all the Sheffield natives on here would have divided loyalties then - Fagans snuggery or Dave's cosy corner :*:

Judging from previous posts about shooting cats I think I'd be worried about the "pork scratchings" :? :*:

Aaaah yes, I see. Should I upset the workings of the cosmos by not placing Fagans at the centre of the universe, then Sheffield will be sucked into a large black hole and Craig's palms would turn hairier than usual! Image

Well done H! :Hoorah

There's a gag that I'd left the door ajar, the windows open and a huge neon sign outside saying 'Dick Turpin wore a mask' for someone to walk in with the reply! You beat Craig by a good few hours and can now be proud to wear the 'you set 'em up and I'll knock 'em down' crown of comedy for the rest of today!!! ..> ..>
