Whiskey in the Jar - Obviously haha!

Song to the Siren - This Mortal Coil - Liz Fraser's voice is just so hauntingly beautiful it brings me to tears everytime.

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

I've mostly been in love with this cover lately, Dolorean's 'Are You Really Real?'. You can hear it here on Dolorean man Al James own page:

Bowie's 'Pin Ups' album from 1973. They are all covers and most of 'em are great (IMHO)!

Cheers, Steve.

What I like, is songs you have know for years and even grew up on. Only to find they are cover versions, thinking they were written by artists you have played so much.

Embarrassingly so..I always thought that the New York Dolls wrote Pills. I only heard the original fairly recently and very excellent it is as well.
