I'm signed off sick from work at the moment, so apart from the odd thing I've found in Boots whilst waiting for my prescriptions, I've done all my shopping on-line. I'd ordered something really interesting for Sean and was feeling quite pleased with myself, but now I've had an email from Germany telling me it's out of stock. Bugger. Why on earth advertise it if it's not available!

Never mind - Sean staggered into the house with a 'real' tree earlier on and the smell is divine.

'Playing With The Hairy Spider'.....it could be one of Mr H's euphemistic tracks.

My son has always been terrified of spiders and was bitten by toxic spiders in Cambodia on his travels this summer. The pincer marks were about half an inch apart - can you imagine how big the spiders were? The 'wise man' in the village where he was staying gave him some clay stuff to put on the bites, but one became badly infected and he had to go to hospital. He is no longer terrified of spiders ... he's positively phobic! :*:

He just about survived! The bites were horrible though - made him quite ill and he was convinced there were spider eggs under his skin
